Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, combine the diluted evaporated milk, flour, sugar, and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
  • Remove from heat and let cool completely.
  • In a chilled bowl, whip the remaining evaporated milk until stiff peaks form.
